Our Menu
Every pizza is baked in our 8x10 inch pan on a crust we make from scratch each morning: house-made sourdough, Detroit style. Thick and airy in the middle, with brick cheese fried crisp against the edge of the pan. One size, feeds two, no half-and-half.

About the frico crust
We push the brick cheese all the way to the sides of the pan, and as the pizza bakes it melts down the walls and fries into a dark, crisp edge. That edge is called frico, and it’s the reason people fight over the corner pieces.
